Most people don't know that roofing is part of a plumber's trade, but it is.

 

Roofing work can vary from as small as a leak or minor roof repairs, through to removing old nails and replacing with roofing screws, and all the way up to a full re-roof of your home, garage, or commercial property.

 

Working out the right way forward is not always easy.  Our team can offer their advice on whether minor repairs or a re-screw are viable options, or whether it is just putting a "band aid" on the inevitable meaning a re-roof is the best and most practical option.

Re-Roofing

 

For full re-roofs, we supply and install only genuine NZ Steel products.  This can be done in plain galvanised iron or in Colorsteel / Colorcote (depending on your colour choice).  While corrugate is the usual choice of iron profile, other options exist for low pitch, flat roofs.  We can even match your new roof to your new spouting in the colour of your choice.

While the typical house re-roof is the replacement of an existing corrugate roof with new iron, we do replace concrete or decramastic tile roofs with new iron also.  This requires the roof to be re-purlined with timber to meet building regulations (which we include and complete as part of the overall job).

 

Safety is a high priority for us and as such we supply our own Edge Protection scaffolding to site, assemble for use, and disassemble upon completion of a job.  Leaving your property clean and tidy upon completion is important also, and we will remove and dispose of your existing roof material should you desire.
